What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Wire Transfers, Direct Banking Deposits, and International Money Orders. If payment is being made via Wire Transfer, Direct Deposit, Cheque or an International Money Order, please DO NOT SEND UNTIL we contact you with the exact total of your order. All payments should be mailed to sales@organicsbyjumira.com

Do you accept International Orders?

Yes we process and service all international orders

What are my shipping options?

We use ABC Cargo, GIG, Fed-Ex, DHL and other certified companies as our shipping agent. All shipping charges calculated on-line are based on our heavily discounted agents Ground rates. Customers may also use their own shipping account. Customer can make a note in the comment section of the order and we can refund the shipping cost.

What happens if I entered an incorrect address?

We use a completely integrated system to ensure that errors are not made. If our customer has made a mistake with their entry, we will take every step possible to re-route the shipment. However, any additional charges as a result of customer error will be billed directly back to the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Products can be returned within two weeks of receipt of shipment for a refund on the cost of goods (less shipping charges and applicable restock fee), if returned intact. Similarly, all returns must be received by us within 15 business days to qualify for a refund.

Refunds or credits for any reason can take up to 2 weeks to process, depending upon the volume of returns. From the date you receive our credit memo by email, refunds may take up to 8-10 business days for your financial institution to process before appearing on your statement.
